According to the American Psychological Association (APA), one out of three Americans have experienced being under extreme stress, and the World Health Organization (WHO) has declared it as the " health epidemic of the 21st century."
And its impact is being felt across all other areas. Businesses are losing close to $300 billion every year because of stressed out employees.
